Fitness, Speed, Power & Agility Training​

On Your Mark's training sessions are perfect for dedicated youth and college-bound athletes. Whether you're a football player looking to build speed, a basketball or volleyball player working on your vertical jump, or a soccer player looking for agility and change of direction training, O.Y.M. program empowers athletes to take their game to the next level and ensures that they will be ready to overcome any challenges thrown their way. Every athlete who trains in an O.Y.M. program will be pushed and challenged, both mentally and physically, to ensure that they are tapping into their maximum potential with each session.​

O.Y.M.’s training sessions are tailored to meet the needs of each athlete for their specific sport. Whether it's football, baseball, soccer, track or any other sport, our staff will design the right training program for you. Your individualized Speed and Power Training Program will be customized with speed training, plyometrics, core, balance, and injury prevention methodologies.

O.Y.M. has an intense focus on specific Power and Speed training techniques centered around an athlete’s individual needs, recovery, nutrition and regeneration. The training is unmatched in its intensity and utilizes advanced training methodologies to help athletes break through previous speed and power plateaus.
